Participating Nation Recognition and Participation Framework

The Republic of the United Sovereign Nations Confederation publishes the Participating Nation Recognition and Participation Framework — a foundational document setting out the pathways, principles and protocols by which Original Nations enter, participate in, and speak within the Confederation. The Framework records the following commitments: • Each Nation retains its own Law, Lore, customs, traditions, cultural authority and governance. • Participation in the Confederation is voluntary and respectful of the standing of every Nation. • Recognition is offered as an act of Confederation between Sovereign Nations, not as a grant from any external body. • Nations speak for their own Country in their own time.
